Chef and owner of Sushi Marché, John Lee began his love affair with sushi over 25 years ago. John has mastered the art of sushi making that inspired him during his first visit to Osaka, Japan. Since then, he has traveled and worked at various interesting places and well-known sushi chefs such as Iron Chef Morimoto of America.

Sushi Marché is Chef John Lee’s dream made reality when he opened his own sushi place called "Sushi Marché" in year 2005 on Queen Street East.
